Cause Remedy

The cam data were locked since the user password was

entered incorrectly for three times.

The cam data were not loaded.

Reset parameters to the Lenze setting via device

command C00002

= "0: Load Lenze setting". Then

download cam data again.

Cause Remedy

The cam data were not loaded because the safety key is

damaged.

The password in the cam data or the serial number of the

memory module has been manipulated.

Reset parameters to the Lenze setting via device

command C00002

= "0: Load Lenze setting". Then

download cam data again.

Cause Remedy

From software version V3.0

Due to a subsequent change of the machine parameters

for gearbox ratio, feed constant, or resolution of an

encoder revolution, the value set in the parameter

cannot be displayed in the internal unit. See chapter

"Max. position, speed, and acceleration that can be

displayed internally".

• Check machine parameters and adapt them if

required.

• Change setting in C02620

.
